Western World Insurance Company is seeking a Product Development Assistant Manager to lead the innovation and development of new Accident & Health insurance products in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance product design or marketing, a creative mindset, and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Job Summary

  • As a key member of the A&H product team this role will focus on ideation, product innovation, product marketing and marketing intelligence.
  • Support the Head of Accident and Health and UW in management of the product development process including management of the product/committee approvals, business case documentation, developing project timelines and working with other functional stakeholders to fulfill all product development tasks and deliverables for launch.
