Preventative maintenance on facility systems
Emergency decision making for occupant safety
Cleaning and organizing mechanical storage rooms

Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting
Excellent communication with contractors
Experience operating skid steer or fork lift
Working at heights certification
Knowledge of BAS programs and HVAC systems
Key Requirements
Secondary School diploma
Two years maintenance experience in arena, pool, or recreation centre
Valid Ontario Driver's License Class G
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Certified Pool Operator Certificate (if applicable)
