** Sanlam is seeking a Business Development Manager for its New Business division, responsible for implementing and supporting the Santam Tied Agent Model and assisting Short Term Insurance Advisors. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development and short-term insurance, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. **

Job Summary

  • This is a specialist position, which is primarily responsible for the implementation and support of the Santam Tied Agent Model, together with the development and support of the Sanlam Short-Term Insurance Advisors.
  • Responsible for business development and support functions, assisting advisors in building profitable Short Term Insurance practices, through technical, product and sales support.
  • Support growth strategies and maintain existing business supervision, compliance monitoring and vesting of new Short Term Advisors.
