  • Provide legal and practical advice in relation to UAE laws and legal issues, including court representation and assisting with permits and licenses.
  • Assist with litigation and disputes, including criminal cases against employees, labour cases, and claims against former employees and contractors.
  • Offer emergency support, provide general UAE legal advice, manage external counsel, and develop template documentation for increased efficiency.

  • Fluent English and Arabic
