  • 3+ years in people management role
  • Proficiency reading engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Hands-on experience with calibrated inspection equipment
  • Experience participating in MRB activities and NCR workflows

Nice-to-have

  • ASQ CQE or CQA certification
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt experience
  • Experience inspecting subsea or marine hardware
  • IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification for electronics
  • Familiarity with QMS, MES, ERP, and PLM platforms

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • U.S. Person status required
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
  • Strong working knowledge of AS9100 and Quality Management Systems
  • Experience managing inspectors across more than one site or shift
