Salary

Hourly Pay: $22.00/hour; Sign-On Bonus (External Candidates Only): $1,000 for non-licensed instructors or $2,000 for licensed Ohio Driving Instructors; Benefits: Health coverage, 401(K) with company match, tuition assistance, floating holidays, PTO, paid parental leave, wellness programs, employee discounts

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record
  • Minimum 5 years driving experience
  • Obtain state-issued Driving School Instructor license
  • Pass DMV-required physical exam
  • Successfully complete background check
  • Successfully complete drug screening
