Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to current federal, state, and local standards.
  • You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting in the development of the facility's quality assurance program.
  • This role requires providing direct nursing care such as starting IVs, obtaining specimens, monitoring medication passes, and reviewing resident care plans to ensure goals are met.

Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license in this state
  • Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
  • 2 years or more experience in long-term care
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred
