  • The Leave and Accommodation Specialist is responsible for managing the organization's time-off and disability-related programs ensuring that practices comply with ADA, FMLA PWFA, or related legislation.
  • This individual is considered a subject matter expert and will ensure accurate and timely leave administration services and a highly responsive level of white glove customer service.
  • This role is located in Tempe, Arizona, and is required to be in office 4 days per week with optional remote work on Fridays.
