Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap, defining pricing policies, assessing product profitability and planning and deployment of new products, developing and executing a sustainable and long term Product Strategy & Roadmap for both Bulk-On Site for maximise product profitability.
  • Drive competitiveness by analyzing P&Ls, CAPEX benchmarks, and supply-versus-demand dynamics (including potential sources) to identify financial and operational improvement opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the BOS product management teams to deliver domain objectives; this includes managing resource allocation and training needs, collaborating with country management, and driving performance through individual goals aligned with broader strategic plans.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience
