Must-have

  • 5-8 years Product Management experience
  • 2-3 years regulated environment experience
  • FedRAMP High and NIST framework knowledge
  • Customer-facing portal or self-service platform experience
  • Scrum methodology and backlog ownership
  • Authority to Operate (ATO) participation

Nice-to-have

  • Salesforce Government Cloud architecture experience
  • Familiarity with Agentforce and Trailhead Academy
  • UX/UI design background in government context
  • Digital transformation experience for DoD agencies
  • Fluency in Cursor, Claude, Linear, Gemini tools

Key Requirements

  • 5-8 years in Product Management
  • 2-3 years in Federal, Healthcare, or FinServ environments
  • Working knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST, and DoD Impact Levels
  • Strong command of Scrum methodologies
