You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating nursing service policies, coordinate nursing services with other resident services, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
The role involves administrative, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety, equipment, care plan, and budget functions to support the facility’s nursing service department.
