Job Summary
The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) is responsible for providing Resident centered and goal-oriented nursing care in accordance with standards of practice and provincial legislation.
Maintains accurate and current health records, clinical assessments and documentation, reflecting the Residents abilities, needs and preferences and in accordance with the College of Nurses standards and organizational policies and procedures.
