Job Summary
The Change Readiness Director role is part of the Strategy, Portfolio, & Operations organization and focuses on enabling adaptable and empowered R&D teams through learning, development, and business readiness.
This role is responsible for creating and implementing change strategies, communications plans, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of R&D transformations.
The Change Readiness Director works closely with senior leaders and employees to prepare the organization for continuous evolution and realization of strategic initiatives while embedding a culture of Courage & Care.

10+ years experience in change management or organizational development

Experience in pharma R&D preferred
Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus
