High rise or mid-rise property experience
Central power plant system licensing

Key Requirements
Minimum five years on-site Service Manager experience
Experience with central power plant heating and cooling systems
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
Licensing for low pressure boilers and chillers preferred
