Job Summary

• Under moderate supervision, fulfill Bond Insurance Claims mission by providing coverage opinions, and conducting thorough investigation, analysis, evaluation and disposition of claims to achieve superior customer service and claim results at the most reasonable cost.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Juris Doctorate or Bachelor of Civil Law
• Duly qualified practitioner of law in working province
• Minimum 3 years legal or claims experience
• Prior bond industry experience preferred
• 4+ years lawyer or claims handling experience preferred
