Job Summary
This role leads Japan’s short- to long-term demand forecasting across the full GSK Japan portfolio (Medicine and Vaccines), translating business strategy into an aligned demand plan.
You will have executive visibility, working closely with Business Unit Heads, partnering with Marketing and Finance to align assumptions and make decisions through monthly governance.
Lead and develop the demand forecasting team, creating growth opportunities through coaching, new tools, and new forecasting approaches.
