Welcome guests to the wellness facilities and provide a warm, professional, and attentive service experience, anticipating guest needs and maintaining a calm, clean, and relaxing environment.
Support spa therapists, wellness instructors, and supervisors in ensuring smooth daily operations and participate in daily briefings to stay informed of guest movements and priorities.
