The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The role requires cooperation with inter-departmental personnel to ensure nursing services adequately meet resident needs and maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information.
Employees must perform all assigned tasks following established policies and procedures and promptly report any changes in resident condition or incidents.
