  • Act as a Site Liaison for Risk & Control and partners with Ops team during audit, independent assessments, risk and control.
  • Exercises full leadership and supervisory responsibility over Operations Support department typically consisting of multiple teams.
  • Responsible for opening and maintaining customer sub-accounts or product pricing setups, and actively ensuring that customer/product data details and settlement instructions across a variety of systems remain up to date.
