Job Summary
You will drive the deployment and adaptation of global Technical Services (TS) strategy and standards within our manufacturing operations, ensuring consistent implementation, operational excellence, and alignment with divisional goals.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, but it requires strong collaboration within a matrix organization, working closely with factory technical teams, divisional stakeholders, and global functions to align priorities and deliver results.
You can be based in one of our CEE factories: Namysłów, Gniezno, Fertőd, Partizánske, or Vyškov and you will report to Krystian Żurek, Senior Vice President, Window Division, giving you the opportunity to work in a truly international environment.
