Key Requirements

• RIBA Part 3 qualified
• ARB registered
• Demonstrable experience delivering complex projects
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations
• Proven experience across multiple sectors
• Working directly with clients, contractors and multi-disciplinary design teams
• Strong grasp of the full architectural design process
• Sound technical knowledge including compliance, UK building systems, construction types and regulatory processes
• Comfortable taking responsibility for defined project roles or work packages
• Awareness of project budgets and programmes
• Developing financial acumen
• Proficiency in Bentley / OpenBuilding Designer, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape and/or V-Ray
