You will focus on leading processes, executing tasks, and maintaining productivity to ensure goals are met while collaborating with your leadership team to drive behaviors that deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
All leads are expected to become experts of the brand's selling behaviors and support sales leaders during non-peak hours with the customer as the primary focus.
