As HR Advisor, you are the point of contact for managers, employees, and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted sparring partner for managers and advising on various personnel issues.
You will be responsible for advising employees and managers on all sorts of personnel matters, including legal issues, absence situations, employment conditions, and legislation and regulations.
