• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 6+ years technology operations experience or 8+ years related experience
• Strong cross communication skills
• Experience leading large matrixed teams
• Knowledge of Merchandising, Supply Chain, SEO, SEM, Item Catalog
• 10+ years related experience preferred
• Master’s degree preferred
• 6+ years managing P&L and technology budget
• 6+ years consumer-focused ecommerce experience
• 4 years supervisory experience
• Experience with project/program management
• Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
