Encanto Palms is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the night shift to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tasks such as monitoring residents, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for residents

Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including mouth care, bathing, hair combing, dressing, and maintaining dryness of clothing and linens.
