Part of a team of CRM Administrators located in both the EMEA and Costa Rica. Provides support for the salesforce.com platform for all users in the Americas.
Implement internal dashboards and productivity measurements to better understand the effectiveness of the Salesforce Administrative team.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration within a healthcare environment
Technical Degree or higher AND 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration within a healthcare environment
English language advanced (C1)
Knowledge of report and dashboard creation
Knowledge of new-user setup
Knowledge of territory design and assignment
Knowledge of Data Loader operations
Knowledge of role-hierarchy design
Knowledge of permission-set review and assignment
