Job Summary
This role supports the Lead in administering the conduct risk framework and setting sales advisory standards for the company.
The officer is responsible for assessing appeals regarding policy replacements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate with the Learning & Development team to raise business quality and provide training to the agency force.
