Job Summary

• The Associate Director Contract Drafting will draft reinsurance contracts, interests and liabilities agreements and related documents in coordination with brokers, clients and reinsurers in the Treaty Reinsurance market.
• Assess potential reinsurance exposure due to attritional and catastrophic losses and participate in Request for Proposal and sales presentations by recommending coverage and wording enhancements.

Base: $125,000-145,000; Bonus/Equity: discretionary bonus; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, life/disability insurance

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent
• 2 years of experience with reinsurance intermediary
• Experience in Treaty Reinsurance market
• Experience with contract drafting and interpretation
• Experience building client relationships
