Job Summary

  • The Renal Clinical Pharmacy Specialist will provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients with renal transplant or nephrological conditions in both ambulatory and inpatient settings.
  • This role includes developing comprehensive medication regimens, managing adverse events, and serving as the primary point of contact for the Renal Transplant team outside normal business hours.
  • Candidates receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance while working Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Key Requirements

  • PharmD from ACPE accredited school
  • PGY1 and PGY2 residency or 5 years experience
  • TX Pharmacist license or eligible Preceptor license
