Skills & Requirements
Must-have
USP <797> and USP <800> compliance
Sterile compounding of IV medications
Hazardous drug handling procedures
Controlled substance inventory management
Pharmacy computer system proficiency
Nice-to-have
Acute pharmacy technician experience
Home infusion experience preferred
Training peer technicians and externs
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to assess situations independently
Key Requirements
Active Pharmacy Technician licensure or certification
Minimum two years pharmacy technician experience
AZ Board of Pharmacy Wallet Card at hire
Knowledge of medication management software
Ability to perform moderate to difficult math calculations
