The Client Relationship Supervisor will lead and manage the client-facing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and support.
This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding and motivating a team of Client Relationship Specialists, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained across all client interactions.
The supervisor will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and act as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive matters.
