  • Perform and oversee financial analysis and valuation (DCF, LBO, comparable companies, precedent transactions) and manage Analysts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality output.
  • Prepare and review client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation, and support execution of M&A, financing, and advisory transactions.
