Me2Works is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager to support the Facilities Manager in overseeing the operations, maintenance, and compliance of a public sector data center. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in electrical or building services engineering, particularly within public sector environments, and possess strong communication and management skills
Job Summary
This role supports the Facilities Manager in overseeing 24/7 MEP operations, maintenance, and compliance for a high-tier public sector data center.
The successful candidate will lead incident response, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure strict adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and government audit requirements.
Candidates must possess at least five years of relevant experience in electrical or building services engineering with strong knowledge of HVAC, fire safety, and BMS systems.

Key Requirements

Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
