This initiative supports the nursing workforce by providing Providence College students with valuable in-hospital experience as Patient Care Assistants.
Participants will work 36 hours per week in specialty areas such as ICU, Cardiac, Inpatient Medical, or Operating Room units.
The role offers shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts along with employment discounts and access to MBTA shuttle service.
