Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years commercial/institutional field service experience
  • Minimum 5 years licensed HVAC technician experience
  • Valid Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License
  • Certification in EPA/DEP and Universal CFC reclamation
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid US Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
  • Working knowledge of computers in Windows environment
  • Familiarity with BAS systems
  • Familiarity with CMMS (Archibus preferred)
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in inclement weather year-round
