Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for cGMP-compliant manufacturing and filling of pharmaceuticals, leading an interdisciplinary team, and actively shaping quality, processes, and continuous improvement in the production environment.
  • Your tasks include technical and disciplinary leadership of the filling team (sterile and non-sterile), ensuring cGMP-compliant filling of pharmaceuticals including documentation, and approving batch documentation as part of manufacturing leadership.
  • You will represent the department in audits and inspections, foster an open feedback and learning culture, and drive continuous improvements (MPS, Lean).
