Stokespacetechnologies is seeking a Senior Structures Design Engineer to lead the design and analysis of pressurized and primary structures for their reusable launch vehicle, Nova. The ideal candidate will have significant aerospace experience, a strong command of engineering fundamentals, and will be an integral part of a collaborative, mission-driven team

Job Summary

  • As a Senior Structures Design Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and help build engineering guidelines for the design of pressurized structures, primary structures, thrust structures, secondary structure and load path definition.
  • You will be a Responsible Engineer for significant sub-systems on our vehicles which will require owning a hardware project from requirements definition, through development, design, analysis, build, test, integration onto the vehicle, and flight.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • 8 years minimum experience in aerospace primary structures
  • Designed, built and tested structures that have flown
