12-15 years construction contract experience
Lead RFP/RFQ issuance and commercial evaluations
Administer PCM, construction, and supplier contracts
Manage subcontract procurement activities
Proficiency in SAP and Ariba systems
Nice-to-have
Bilingual English/French language skills
Experience with Primavera or Microsoft Project
Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
