** Homestead Post Acute is seeking a caregiver for the evening shift (3 PM - 11 PM) to provide daily care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans. The role requires assisting with various activities of daily living, reporting changes in residents' conditions, and maintaining a warm and supportive environment. **

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • You will be responsible for reporting all changes in the residents’ condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical.
  • This role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, and dressing and undressing as necessary.
