Salary
Base: $17.95 - $26.92 hourly; Bonus/Equity: Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, Wellness Programs, 401(K) with company match, Paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid state issued driver's license
Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
Follow all DOT standards and regulations
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Adhere to all safety regulations including PPE usage
Nice-to-have
Background in warehouse operations and logistics
Strong communicator with customer-focused approach
Able to navigate and operate basic technology
Key Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
Possession or ability to acquire a DOT Medical Card
Pre-employment drug and background screening required
