Job Summary
This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of a comprehensive program centered on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Insider Risk Management (IRM).
The IPM Sr. Manager will bridge the gap between technical controls and business risk, ensuring that our intellectual property and sensitive data remain secure while enabling organizational productivity.
Lead high-sensitivity investigations into potential data breaches or policy violations and collaborate with Legal and HR teams to ensure investigations are handled with the highest level of confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.

Key Requirements
6+ years in Cybersecurity
3+ years in information protection and insider risk
Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade DLP platforms
Deep understanding of data governance, data protection, data classification
ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework knowledge
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience leading regulatory compliance (SOX, GxP)
