Job Summary

• The Nurse Aide in Training program provides hands-on experience and classroom instruction for individuals preparing to become Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Trainees will assist residents with essential care needs, observe and report changes in condition, and support mobility and comfort under supervision.
• This role requires the ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
