Job Summary

  • Design and optimize the digital platform and program benefit structure while connecting the various consumer engagement experiences across the different sales channels to enable a meaningful understanding of our consumers’ values, desires, and habits.
  • Lead the end-to-end program management of the adidas membership ecosystem, including the points program, retail membership benefits, and omnichannel member experiences, to drive membership growth, maximize engagement, and increase repeat purchases.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination with eCommerce Operations, Retail Operations, Digital Activation, and Retail teams to ensure smooth program execution and seamless integration of retail and digital member journeys.
