Job Summary
The Service Solutions department acts as the central technical and design service interface for Professional Business Germany, supporting sales, customers, architects, and partners throughout the value chain.
You will actively support the documentation of machine rollouts, service topics, and KPI evaluations, and create/maintain technical documents, checklists, and guides for dosing technology, formulation services, and software ecosystems.
You will prepare technical information, presentations, and object-specific visualizations for target audiences such as architecture, sales, and internal services.
