Responsibilities include assigning and tracking the maintenance (within the CMMS) of all equipment such as HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, elevators, grounds, etc., Establishes and administers the Preventive Maintenance Program for all equipment and systems to ensure uninterrupted functionality of all building related systems at multiple sites.
