Support Apex’s compliance function in New Zealand
Day-to-day reporting and risk assessments
Implement and monitor compliance framework
Advise on compliance issues and regulatory requirements
Robust suspicious activity practices
Keep abreast of regulatory requirements
Nice-to-have
Trusted adviser, business partner, and leader
Positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold realities
Knowledge of compliance in other jurisdictions
Understanding of regulatory environment for retail investment product providers
Key Requirements
5-6 years solid compliance experience
Professional compliance qualification desirable
Expertise in AML/CFT and/or Privacy Act compliance
Strategic thinker and problem solver
Strong people management skill
Attentive to details and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
