Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 5+ years servicing/maintaining commercial HVAC equipment
  • 5+ years in Chiller/HVAC operations and station maintenance
  • 5+ years in a laboratory environment managing high-power mechanical/electrical machinery
  • AS or AAS in Mechatronics Engineering Technology or formal Skilled Trades Apprenticeship
  • Awareness of High Voltage and High Power electrical safety
  • Proficiency in Arc Flash protocols and medium voltage operations
  • 2+ years experience with precise measurement systems
  • Proven ability to independently perform loop tuning
  • Proficiency in LabView / LabPro applications or National Instruments systems
  • Functional understanding of PLC diagnostics
  • Complex blueprint interpretation
