Job Summary
Intensive In-Home Therapy will be provided to children and families who are at risk for placement outside of their home/community or are at risk for hospitalization.
The position requires the therapist to go to the home, school, or other place in the community to meet with the child/family, up to 10 hours per week.
Other services will include developing a treatment plan, connecting the family with community resources, behavior interventions and teaching the family the interventions, developing a crisis plan, helping to form or modify an IEP if needed at school, providing intervention strategies for school personnel, and providing any needed service, intervention, or planning that might be needed.
