• The Market Business Service Officer (MBSO) will work closely with the Market Management Team to lead and supervise all service and business functions across the market.
• The MBSO is responsible for leading and driving the Firm’s key strategic initiatives, contributing to a strong market culture, development of employees, ensuring a high level of client service, and general oversight of operational processes.

Base: $170,000 - $215,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages; Benefits: other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Previous industry management experience
• Active Series 7, Series 9 and Series 10, and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses
• Ability to travel within the Market, Region, and Home Office
