Job Summary
As the Senior Manager of Talent, United States, you will be responsible for driving the integrated talent agenda for the BU, delivering talent solutions that support the Americas business and strategy.
Key areas of focus include Performance, Talent & Succession Planning, Talent Assessment & Development initiatives, and playing a pivotal role in driving the region’s People strategy.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
